At ATS Technologies LLC, we use some of the latest scanning technology to create a mesh of an existing part.  We then take the mesh and create solid models with precise tolerances.

We then take that mesh and create a solid model utilizing modeling software. This model is used to produce CAD drawings to facilitate the fabrication of replacement parts.
